Willamette Family’s Detox Services are open to full capacity. Our 22-bed facility offers 24-hour medically monitored withdrawal management. Potential patients can contact 541-762-4575 for screening 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
**Please be advised that Willamette Family has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend Sobering Services effective immediately**
Willamette Family's Sobering Services is separate and distinct from other services offered, such as medically managed withdrawal (detox), residential, and outpatient programs. Our Sobering Services is a short-term care facility, often a 4-8 hours stay, designed to provide a secure, monitored environment for an individual to safely recover from intoxication.
Safety is paramount in a Sobering Service environment. Individuals are monitored regularly for the negative effects of intoxication, including overdose. A skilled staffing pattern is required to maintain a safe environment for community members seeking Sobering Services. Like many other organizations, Willamette Family is experiencing a staffing shortage, and while all our other services are operating at full capacity, the Sobering Service department workforce has been affected to the degree we are unable to operate within our safety staffing standards.
As you can imagine, this decision has been quite difficult to make. We are intimately aware of our service population, their challenges accessing care, and the impact this may have on their individual lives. Our team is reaching out to leaders in the community to provide notification and re-direction for referrals.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
