What insurance do you take?

• We try to work with most insurance companies. Please call if you have any questions.
• We take most Oregon Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) like Trillium, PacificSource, IHN, and commercial insurance plans.
• Please call so we can answer your insurance or payment questions.

What if I don’t have insurance?

• We have some grant funded slots for individuals without insurance. There are some qualifications that need to be met to utilize these grant funds.
• We also work with you to enroll in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) if you are eligible
• There are payments and sliding fee scale options available as well. Contact us to schedule an appointment!
