One Week Wellness Challenge

We are excited to announce our upcoming Spring Event during the month of May! One of the big focuses of Willamette Family is mental health and May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This event will be a self-motivated 1-week wellness activity challenge to show support for those struggling with mental health. The activity can be of your choosing, something artistic like drawing, painting, playing music, or something physical like walk, hiking, fishing, or things like gardening and reading, any type of activity that benefits your mental health's wellness. You can do these activities at any point during the month of May.

You can track your progress on with the tracking sheet below, and on social media with the hashtag #WamFamWellnessChallenge. Let us know if you are participating and you will receive a certificate of completion.
